 | Amit Kale: Chief Eexecutive Officer and Managing Director
Amit spearheads LinSysSoft‘s management. He is recognized as a Linux kernel guru in the kernel community with 10+ years of experience in architecting storage and embedded products and tools . He has several open source contributions to his name, important ones being the Linux kernel debugger and Check FS File System. Prior to LinSysSoft, Amit worked with Timesys, where he concieved the KGDB Solution. Before Timesys, Amit worked with Veritas. At Veritas, Amit lead a product development team-that rolled out one of the versions of Veritas File System. A sought after speaker at technical meets, Amit contributes to Open Community on regular basis. He is founder and an active member of Geeks of Pune. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Pune University and MS in Computer Science from IIT Bombay. |
 | Vandana Salve: VP, Technology
Vandana heads LinSysSoft’s technology and delivery. Vandana brings in more than 10 years of strong product development experience in system's software. Prior to joining LinSysSoft, Vandana worked with LSI, where spearheaded a team that rolled out embedded linux products in the consumer device driver space. She has played the role of chief technical architect for the development of these products. Before LSI, Vandana worked with Nevis and Maxxan Systems where she was responsible for developing products on Embedded,Storage and Network Enterprise products (board support packages, device drivers, application software in storage and networking space). Vandana holds the bachelors degree in computer science and Engineering. |
 | Dhiraj Khot: VP, Business Development
Dhiraj is responsible for business development, sales and managing accounts. Prior to LinSysSoft, Dhiraj founded and lead August Solutions. Under Dhiraj’s leadership, August Solutions rolled out two products, accquired more than 15 customers (some of multibillion dollar companies)and scaled up to more than 25 people in less than 3 years. Before this entrepreneurial stint Dhiraj worked with Neilsoft where he set up new business line and turned around the dying CAD PLM division. Dhiraj also worked to expand Neilsoft’s business in Europe and helped Neilsoft close some of most prestigious and multi-billion dollar deals. Before Neilsoft, Dhiraj worked with Triniti where he played role of Solution Architect to develop enterprise solutions for hitech (semiconductor industry). Dhiraj started his career writing high end softwares for Geometric. He holds a bachleors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University and MBA from IIT Bombay.
